"Smoother than I expected for customs"
I was a little worried about the customs part with Yoybuy because I’ve had other services make that step feel way more confusing. This one was smooth overall. I did have to wait a bit and upload some extra info, but support explained what they needed, so it didn’t turn into a guessing game. There weren’t any crazy surprise fees either, which I definitely appreciated. It wasn’t perfect, but compared to some other customs experiences I’ve had, it cleared without too much hassle.

The delivery was all over the place. The tracking barely updated at all, and my package showed up way later than the estimated date. Support did reply, but it didn’t really help much. I’m not totally sure I’d use them again

I’ve used yoybuy a few times now i’ve been happy with it. The prices are fair, and while shipping isn’t exactly the cheapest, it’s still reasonable compared to some other services I’ve tried. Everything came packed well and nothing was missing, which is always a relief. A friend recommended it to me at first, and I can see why. For what you pay, it’s a solid service and I’d definitely use them again

"Support did help me out in the end..."
Support did help me out in the end, but the wait was kind of ridiculous. Once they finally got back to me, they explained what was going on with my shipping issue and gave me the info I needed. I just wish I didn’t have to ask twice to get an update. Overall, not a bad experience, but they definitely need to be faster.
